This morning, Year 4 took a trip to the Dryden centre, along with 4 other schools, to show off their work on the African culture as part of the ‘Our culture Our Community’ project. All five schools had studied a different culture including Indian, African, Polish, the Travelling community and Islam and each presented a short performance to show off their findings.
After talking loudly and clearly about their project, Year 4 stole the show with their amazing and rhythmic African drumming alongside Fanuel. Even the audience were on their feet dancing along to their super songs and rhythms.
They should be very proud of their hard work, behaviour and enthusiasm today and throughout the project. A huge well done!
