Today Year 5 started their new Design and Technology topic in style by investigating and evaluating the different types of bread that are already on the market.

We all had a taste of: brioche, tomato and cheese flat bread,ciabatta, pitta bread, potato cake, baguette, sourdough and rye, poppy seed buns, and Miss Robson’s favourite, Bagels.

Some of the bread received mixed responses but overall, the children thought this was the best lesson of the year so far…
