Year 3 have had a fun filled fantastic visit to the Centre For Life today! The planetarium was one of our highlights of the day; where we lay back and discovered the beauty of the constellations throughout our night skies. There were plentiful excited screams on the Rusty Robot 4D motion ride, as we were catapulted on an exciting journey through space!
We visited the newest exhibition called Robots – Then and Now; celebrating 500 years of engineering of automated machines.
We have watched a theatre show called the Secret World of Gases. We found out lots out about Hydrogen and Nitrogen alongside many other gases through watching and listening to the resident scientist.
Our knowledge and understanding of magnets was amazing as we completed experiments within the afternoon workshop.
As usual our children were impeccably behaved and we all thoroughly enjoyed the informative action packed visit.
