The last Friday of term marked our last ‘Fitness Friday’ session with our personal trainer, Mark after a fantastic term full of new fitness ideas. The sessions have been an amazing success creating a whole school focus on the importance of fitness and teaching the children new skills and fun ways to keep active. We hope that the sessions have equipped all of our children with a wealth of ways to enjoy exercising every day.

At Clover Hill, we ensure that our children participate in at least 30 minutes activity every day through 2 hours of PE per class each week, running the Daily Mile every day and providing active lunch and break times for all.
