Year 5

Class Teacher: Miss Robson, Teaching Assistant: Mrs Warneford
Welcome to Year 5 and the first year of Upper Key Stage 2. I hope your child will enjoy the fun we have in store for them this year as well as the challenges that we will give. I love working with the children in Year 5 and preparing them for Year 6 and their future in secondary school.

This is my third year in Year 5 and at Clover Hill. Mrs Warneford works alongside me; supporting the children to develop their basic skills from Monday through to Wednesday.

In Year 5, the children will step back into time to the 1940s to become more familiar with the World War II topic, become master bakers during their bread topic and find their adventurous side when we go on our Summer residential.

If you have any questions or concerns about your child or their education, please do not hesitate to contact me or a member of the Upper Key Stage 2 team.
