On the 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect, and all schools, businesses and other organisations are busy working to ensure that they are compliant.

Clover Hill Community Primary School is the data controller of the personal information you provide to us. This means the school determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, any personal data relating to pupils and their families is to be processed. Mrs Butler; School Business Manager acts as a representative for the school with regard to its data controller responsibilities but is advised by Data Protection Officer for Schools at Gateshead Council until 31st March 2022 and then Vertiau Ltd from 1st April 2022.  Registration information; https://ico.org/ESDWebPage/Entry/Z7180313.
