Reception Class have been finding out about cold places!  We talked about how the North and South Poles are very cold, we found these places on a map and a globe.  We found out about the different animals that live in The Arctic and Antartica and how they keep themselves warm.  We used our small world animals to make up our own icy stories and also explored how ice melts.  We used different media to draw and paint some of these animals.
