Reception Class came to school dressed in warm clothes and wearing their wellies for our first "Take It Outside Day"!  We had a super time exploring our school grounds looking for signs of autumn.  We found lots of clues to show that autumn is well and truly underway.  We found leaves of many different colours and identified trees that had lost many of their leaves.  We talked about why the pine tree near Year 2 is still green!  We found leaves that we already decomposing in our conservation area and talked about what our recent storm had done to some of our trees. We had a super day!
