Reception Class wrapped up warmly on our recent "Take It Outside Day".  We explored our school grounds and looked for signs of winter.  We talked about how the grounds and the plants and trees at school have changed recently.  We did spot a tree that remains the same all year round and talked about how this is an evergreen tree. The children spotted that it looks like a Christmas tree!  We had lots of fun making footprints on the field and we talked about how we were able to do this as the field was waterlogged because of all the rain we have had recently!
